S&S Fabricators was founded in 2003 by two master carpenters looking to become independent business owners. What started then as custom renovation work has today grown into S&S Mechanical, a comprehensive mechanical services firm serving in Maryland, DC, Virginia, North Carolina, and Delaware.

We take pride in hiring not only good technicians but the best technicians. We then empower them to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations on every job.

Seth Brannon | President

Seth brought 22 years experience to S&S Mechanical when he and Sam started S&S Mechanical in 2003. He began his aspirations of becoming a carpenter when he decided to join the United States Navy Sea Bees where he was a first class builder. Seth’s military background provided the never say no attitude that he provides to his customers every day.

Sam Kutz | Vice President

Sam started S&S with Seth in 2003 bringing 17 years of experience in remodels, decor packages, and custom cabinetry. Sam attended Union Carpentry School and received his certification as a Master Carpenter. Sam is also a certified Corian Solid Surface installer.

Roy Voss | Refrigeration Supervisor

Roy brings 33 years of HVAC/ Refrigeration experience as a member of the local 602 Steam Fitters Union. He holds a Master License in 7 states. Roy worked in the Eastern Division of Safeway as a Supervisor of the Maintenance Department. He is also certified in multiple Energy Management Systems including COM-TROL, DANFOSS, NOVAR, CPC, TRANE TRACER, and VOYAGER.

Brian Davis | Electrical Supervisor

Brian came to S&S Fabricators with 10 years of experience as an Electrician. Brian obtained 5 years of engineering training in aviation and electronics while he was enlisted as a United States Marine. Brian also has the National Jouneyman’s Apprenticeship Training Certification (NJATC).

Andrew Romanelli | Plumbing Supervisor

Andrew brings 12 years of plumbing experience to S&S Mechanical.  He has several years of factory water heater service, training and experience in Acorn/EVAC systems, and extensive pipe fitting training and service diagnostics.  Andrew holds his journeyman’s certificate in plumbing and gas fitting, as well as back-flow certification.

David Gillis | Southern Region Field Supervisor

David brings 30 years of experience in the construction industry. David obtained a Construction Management Degree and studied architecture to learn more about construction design. David is very well rounded and has many years of experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance

Monica Brannon | Director of Office Operations

Monica has 10 years of office management experience including sales, payroll, personnel, budgeting, and financial management. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education from the University of Maryland and is certified in reading instruction.

Allison Perkins | Administrative Supervisor + Hot Side/Electrical Administrator

Allison has experience in several area of office administration including payroll, marketing, HR, and project coordinating. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Family Science from the University of Maryland.

Leah Kesselhon | Refrigeration Administrator

Leah has experience in several areas of business, including marketing, communications, management, and operations.  She holds a Bachelors in Communications with an emphasis in Organization from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

Melissa Long | Plumbing + General Maintenance Administrator

Melissa has experience in several area of office administration including payroll, collections, management, and operations. She is currently enrolled in classes for business administration and marketing.

Liz Richardson | Marketing + Administrative Assistant

Liz has experience in several areas including marketing, design, office administration, and management. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Salisbury University.

Bonnie Blankenbaker | Administrative Assistant 

Bonnie has experience in a variety of fields, including office administration, real estate, implementing processes, and assisting staff. She studied at Prince George’s to build a foundation for her future. She also has experience in the commercial maintenance industry, with an emphasis in electrical.
